This class is suitable for Singles or Couples, Beginners or Improvers

Make 2025 a year of dance - you won't regret it. Learn Absolute Beginners Salsa and all levels Kizomba on Wednesday nights in Lancaster. Your instructor Abi will take you through the beginner salsa steps slowly from the very start and over a number of weeks will build your self-confidence. Before you know it you will be lighting up the dancefloor just like they do on Strictly!

What to expect on your first weeks with us, whether you choose Salsa or Kizomba:

• Week 1 - Basic steps and partner hold
• Week 2 - Leading and following
• Week 3 - Partner dancing basics
• Week 4 - Partner dancing, moving around
• Week 5 - Adding some style
• Week 6 - Putting it all together

7.30pm - 8.15pm Choose from: Complete Beginner Salsa or Beginner Kizomba - What is Kizomba

8.15pm - 9.15pm Level 2 / 3 Kizomba

9.15pm - 10.00pm Mixed Social Dancing - Practice what you have learned!

Wednesdays at The Park Hotel are a mix of salsa and kizomba.

We start with 45 minutes of salsa or kizomba for beginners. Choose the class that you feel comfortable with. After a short break for practice we have approximately one hour of level 2 / 3 kizomba. Finally we have time to practice social dancing before we finish at about 10.00pm.

The price is £8 for the whole night.
