We've been teaching salsa here since January 2014, so that's 4 years of smiles and new friends. Where has that time gone?

The weather doesn't look great but, if you can, get your sledge out and join us for one final night of learning and fun.

There's a complete beginner class at 7pm followed by beginner level 2 and improvers at 8pm. After that, it's just dancing until everyone leaves.

A big thank you goes out to Yainer and Anneta for providing a very enjoyable and interesting day of Cuban salsa training on December 9th this year.

The day was split into 2 sessions with most attendees taking part in both.

Those present learned some really useful techniques that will hopefully improve our dancing in the future.

The level of teaching and the pace was just right and everyone who gave us feedback said they had a wonderful day and can't wait for the pair to come back for more!

For those who have got the message about the change of venue here is a picture of the Conservative Club.

If you park in the usual place - the pay and display car park - just walk uphill, away from St M&J room. Through Swan Courtyard and onto Castle Street you will see the Con Club directly opposite, next to Cafe Nero.

We will be upstairs in the function room from 7pm.

We have been here before, a coupe of years ago and it's a nice place with plenty of room for dancing.

There is no class this evening - Tuesday 3rd October 2017 due to a one-off booking at the venue.

Please do not come to the Clitheroe class this week.

We are back to normal next week with beginner classes from 7pm.

Join us for a day of Dominican Bachata on Sunday October 15th 2017.

We've got  a two hour session from 10.30am for beginners followed by a three hour afternoon session from 1.30pm for improvers.

Choose the level that suits your abilities or, for the adventurous or those who want to brush up on Dominican basics, come for the whole day. We guarantee that you will learn lots of new things.

It'll be the usual relaxed atmosphere with a group of nice people and there willl be lots of opportunity to practise the steps you have learned.

It's the day of our latest complete beginner full-day dance taster sessions.

If you have ever wanted to learn to dance salsa then now is your chance; fun, relaxed and informative learning from 10.00am to 4.00pm with Julia and Steve of Sweet Salsa.

You don't need to have taken a step in the past as we will take you from the very basics through to some simple partner moves.

No partner is required.
